In this video, Stefan talks about how to overcome fear and anxiety in 30 seconds or less.

"Now fear is something that I am familiar with because I grew up with a lot of it. If you don't know my story I used to be shy. I used to have a lot of anxiety, a lot of fear.

I was a video gamer so I just protect myself from fear just by spending all my time by myself at home in front of the computer where I would be totally safe.

And sure enough I had goals I had desires when I was young in high school I wanted to meet women and had a girlfriend, things like that but my fear kept me back. My fear paralyzed me."

    1. +Angelsrecipes You can’t be afraid to let others down… it’s impossible to please everyone and make everyone happy. You have to have the confidence in doing what is best for YOU, regardless of what others think and whether or not they’ll agree with it. When I was young, I worked in the family business and I quit when I was 21. My family was unhappy with me and I “let them down”. But it turned out to be the best decision I ever made, as it made me who I am today and doing what I do now. Today, my family is proud of me and the success that I’ve achieved. They will respect you more for it long-term!

    2. Angelsrecipes hey it’s your life man take a grip go your own way. Do what ever you want to do. You get one chance on this world so live it how ever you want. If you mess up …so what it doesn’t matter at the end of the day.

    3. Project Life Mastery’s advice is excellent! Don’t worry about letting others down. You do what is best for you and what makes you the best you can be and what others think will be insignificant!

  4. Thank you so much! I plan on working toward overcoming the anxiety I tend to experience when I’m not as productive as I’d like to be. I see that it’s important to tell myself positive things and possibly even just sit back, relax, and breathe just to get things into perspective. Thank you so much once again!

  5. Thank you so much for this video. It helped me already! Because you mentioned the word “proactive”. Just hearing about your example already gives me more courage and positive thoughts. Now is just for me to take actions in my daily life. There will definitely be setback, but never give up. Keep being “proactive” no matter what. And one day all the baby steps will count!

  6. I have been struggling for the past 2 days and this has been a massive relief! Thank you so much, more than you know <3

  7. I don’t like this video – I love it!! NLP is unbelievably powerful and your personal journey that you described sounds almost identical to mine. I strangely developed panic and anxiety issues in my early 30s (I was always naturally confident) and they shook my self-belief so violently I had to build myself back up from almost nothing. My therapist was an NLP master practitioner and I started to devour NLP books after meeting her.

I was doing exactly what you talked about – conditioning my mind every single day to think positively and see myself as a powerful, fearless individual. I also started meditating (still doing it 10 years later) and I feel more capable and strong than ever. Overcoming any fear really does start with thinking and acting fearlessly.

  8. I always noticed when I’m caught in my head with thoughts that wont serve me and I snap out of it I usually have to take a deep breath a second later as if I wasn’t breathing right while I was lost in thought! This is seriously good information ! I’m gonna work on learning a quite meditation every morning before I start my day!

  9. Thank you. I’ve been feeling a little down lately, so I decided to search for fear and anxiety videos in hopes of picking myself back up. I’m definitely going to try these steps. I really appreciate you. ❤

  10. Omg i’ve been thinking alot about death and that triggers my anxiety. I don’t feel alive and can’t really sleep that much.

  11. This guy deserves a billion subscribers. I was in a state of fear that I didn’t know what to do but as soon as i watch this video it all went away.

  12. Its important to be patient and forcing yourself to think positively during at least a month.
When you want to change a habit, trying to make it in one or two days will not work.
    So, be consistent.

  13. Great video brother. I fear 2 things in life. Socialising, because I don’t feel like I fit in anywhere and fear of medication…. massively, which really is affecting my life!! So to anyone who reads this, were all suffering the same thing but we put a different reason and name to it!! God bless ya and I hope you beat it!

    1. Hey Steve! I appreciate you sharing what youre fearful of. I had social anxiety for many years of my life but I was able to overcome it, and so can you. It helps to know that we are not alone in our suffering. It gives us hope for a better tomorrow. In this video I talk about 5 ways that I was able to overcome anxiety naturally. I hope it helps you. God bless! – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWB6w9nyGII&t=1894s

  14. Thank you for this, Stefan. What a valuable video, even more so in times like today with all the uncertainty going on in the world and the fear mongering spread by the media. I have been operating under fear for the past 3 years and I’m ready to take action, starting with these tips. Thank you!
