Great video! I used to be very intimidated by investing… it can seem overwhelming. But soon I realized that I don’t need to know EVERYTHING to get started and make my money work for me. It can be extremely complex but it can also be very simple, it depends on how you want to see it.

I own some long-term hold real estate currently, which has done pretty well. But as a result of focusing on just real estate, I barely know anything about the stock market. I love real estate, but it takes a larger amount of capital and work, and like you mentioned, is not as easy to liquefy. I think it’s important to diversify your investment strategy, that way you can continue to have an investment strategy regardless of economic periods and life circumstances.

Two tips for newbies; Try to spread your investments locally and internationally, Remember that the market is a zero sum game. Be very sure of where you want to put your money or get the services of a pro (that way you don’t have to do much). Made my first million this way earlier this year. Good luck!
