Great quote, Sarah. Can I ask how your Print on Demand businesses that use Printful have been effected by the long delays in fulfillment caused by the Covid-19 pandemic?
It’s been impacted in two ways 🌞
Firstly, across the industry as a whole, there has overall been an uptick in demand: https://youtu.be/OkXIoCRoDMA
Secondly, because of increased demand, Print On Demand apps struggled in the first 2-3 months of the pandemic to meet it. But now its almost back to normal. As you can see in this video, the order from Monster Digital that was made July 18th and it was produced and shipped out a few days later, arriving at its destination by July 25th 🌞
Wholesale Ted!! Not sure if you will read this but when I first started my ecom journey you were one of the first channels that inspired me to start my shopify store. Fast forward two years and I’m closing in on $1M in total sales. thank you so much for the inspiration! 🙂

I don’t think it’s fair that anyone judge these sellers for selling face masks.
Around the world, jurisdictions are making face masks a legal requirement.
People don’t enjoy wearing them, especially surgical masks, and want fun fashionable ones that go with their outfits.
If people have to wear them, why not provide them with a fun alternative that they enjoy wearing? You are not taking advantage of a pandemic, you are brightening their day.
There is nothing ethically questionable about that. I personally find it ethically questionable, to be so willing to jump & harshly judge others, without thinking it through. I was initially offended on behalf of these sellers, who I think are serving their customers needs at this difficult time, extremely well.
And so I will defend anyone very strongly that sells face masks like this, because I think they are doing their customers a service by brightening their day by taking something they don’t enjoy, and making it fun. 🌞

I recently started researching Etsy and e-commerce businesses, just as curiosity.
I’ve now been binging your videos for the past few days! I literally didn’t sleep last night because I was so enthralled and intrigued with the content that you’re providing /for free/. During this pandemic I’ve been working 40-50 hours a week at a job I’m growing to really not enjoy. Realizing you’re reaching a dead end at a time like this is NOT ideal. But this whole business has sparked some kind of crazy ambition in me that I haven’t had in YEARS. You’ve introduced me and are currently guiding me down a path that’s going to change my life. I mean it. When I’m successful and living my dream, I will always remember who helped me get there without even knowing me. Thank you, Sarah. I think you’ve saved my life.

I started a print on demand, I’m working on promoting my poetry page and publishing my writing in the future. Life’s too short for shitty jobs!

Hey Sarah! Thank you A LOT for your videos! You made me believe “e-commerce is real”. I’ve made a few experiments, and after all I’m having a e-commerce store selling physical products with 100$ /day revenue in pet niche and it’s just my 1st month after launch. It’s been really hard to keep working on my projects when nothing worked, but that experience helped me to have today’s progress and money. Thank you for inspiration and honest advice ❤️
how much capital did u need to start off? I am having trouble figuring out if I need like 1k or more…or if its worth the risk cause I feel like no one will see my items and want to buy them.
@dreamy lovee I’ve spent a lot of time studying demand, ads, website design and other stuff to save money on it. With those skills I think it costed me less than 500$ to go from the prototype to the first sale. But I had to invest more money in production to grow sales volume, so keep that in mind too

If you have both drop shipping products and want to also have print on demand products, are these offered on 1 store or do you set up 2 different stores? I am considering using Wix for my store and not sure how that would work. Would have 1 store and have several “apps” adding products to it? Or does each option require their own “store”. I’m a quadriplegic looking to raise funds to pay my bills since I lost a portion of my disability benefits and I’m a little disheartened by all the fees taken out and limitations of Etsy as I’m creating and building up an inventory for an online store.
