Edit: I’m so glad mommy and baby is healthy and doing so much better. Labor is a marathon as well as unbelievably stressful, and I know Tatiana is so proud of you for being there by her side and being her Rock! But props to you Dad for being there through the ordeal when they needed you the most. 😢

Congratulations to you both on your new son! I’m glad things are getting easier. I had the same thing happen in my condo that I rent out…a pipe burst in someone else’s unit and ruined mine…you are right it is an absolute nightmare to deal with 😩 and insurance never covers it all.
