  4. Am I mathing right that your apartment in Vancouver is appraised at 5M? Wow, I’m assuming that is paid off and it has increased since you bought it, and you now make a net semi-passive income from renting it? I would love to hear more about that story!

    But i just read apartments in Vancouver can go for up to 22M. As someone who lives very rural it was hard to believe at first. I own and look for more raw land, because my passion is stewarding over it and preventing its development (mainly because I feel strongly about the special species that are native to here.)

I am planning to invest in short-term vacation properties in the near future, it is a viable way to get them to cash flow and produce passive income just about hands-free if choosing the right property management partner. @Stefan what were the main considerations for selecting Panama as your summer residence? Would you do a video giving us a little insight into the decision-making process and the advantages and disadvantages of investing in a foreign country? I hear all the time of people moving to either Costa Rica or Puerto Rico but not Panama. I have to put Sun Peaks in the bucket list.
