well I will also say this here as much as I have been successful in stock so far, I also advice we get involved with bitcoin trading mostly now that the market is very bullish and profitable if you trade with a working strategy/daily signals.

Insolvo is better than Upwork
Upwork is good for individuals with beginning or intermediate skills in a particular area. There are jobs that require minimum expertise as well as more skillful jobs. I have been working on Upwork since 2017, and I can say it is the best decision that I switched from BPO industry (office based) to home based. And I’m so blessed that I still have two continuous jobs even if there is pandemic.

Your advice on developing profile is great but basically what you’re saying otherwise is that you exploit other freelancers to establish your hierarchy? I get that probably those working for less maybe also looking to develop their profile but this system seems to be inherently exploitative.

Eh, passing off seems a bit shady… What do your clients say when they see you posted a similar job posting as the one they just hired you for, but for less? Or what do the freelancers you hire say when they see the original posting you just hired them for, but for more? Seems like a good way to get flagged.
