So you basically mean I could call the BNB owner, ask them what they need taken care of or how I can take a load off of them, then do things such as call around and hire landscapers, contractors, lawn care, etc. to do up keep on the location? A few of these can be done by me (lawn care, updating listing, listing photography, pressure washing)
The problem is that the landlord can destroy your Airbnb reputation. Due to the fact that there’s no contract between you and him, he can cancel everything out as he please letting you deal with the future guests and ofcours the penalties cuz you cannot host them anymore.
Landlords Airbnb account that you manage. And he cuts you a check might fix that.

Airbnb owners are looking for passive income. What he’s suggesting is active income for non-Airbnb owners. Basically becoming an Airbnb agent.

I have been thinking about this bussiness model for 2 years now. The question is, does AirBnB actually allow subcontracting? Othewise you cant have a contract.
