Great advice…. even in time of moderate inflation. 🙂
Hello Mate ! How are you? I hope you are having a blessed day!God bless you!.
On a new gaining tips on Investment return my trader is here to help..
What’s ^ app…
It’s only hard if u weren’t raised with a solid financial foundation. Instant gratification kills most financial freedom!!! Glad to hear your daughter gets it.
Thaz right. I don’t spend money on water, soil, parking, storage units, drinks at restaurant, alcohol of any kind, coffee drinks, generally not hotels when traveling. It’s all about making decisions. Good for your daughter. Great video that you are clearly passionate about.
Good cheers amigo.
Hyper inflation is transitory 100% of the time. It’s just a matter if you live long enough to get past it.
I’m trying to figure out why this is not common sense. I learned a long time ago, not to be a consumer. People with money have something to sell. People without money are always buying something. I make my big purchases 1 time a year… On Black Friday when it’s on sale. I grew up watching my mom buy everything with coupons. If she could save 3 cent on something she would. Not many can walk away from something that is overpriced.. Too impulsive! Only way I buy anything is if it’s at the price I want to buy it or you can keep it!!
I needed to hear this today.
I remember paying for Gas at .99 cents a Gallon in 1998/1999; truly great memories!
I’ve been riding my bicycle ever since, just waiting for the prices to go back down – I’m sure I’ll get to pump fuel again one day!!!
🤣🤣🤣🤷♂️
Adjusted for inflation the price hasn’t gone up much at all. But you’re better off from all of that biking, so it’s all good. I also put in more bicycle miles than driving miles.
Cpi data shows gas is down 2.9 pecent in the last two months
Speak on it jazz man! Everyone needs to do activities that are cheaper, catch up on Mother Nature and do some hiking, hang out at home or with friends at a local bar or restaurant every so often, and don’t buy so much!!! Buy world trips and remodel when prices drop. Everyone needs to calm the heck down already!
GREAT Video! I have personally been trying to not spend excessively since pre-pandemic other than Christmas. We’re looking to put an addition onto our house but are disgusted by all of the related costs due to said inflation.
I try to get this across to my wife and friends but some don’t always agree. So in the meantime I focused on paying off the family vehicles and credit cards…. Now pretty much debt-free and waiting it out to strike on better deals.
I too want the new 2020/2021 C8 Corvette….Some Day, before retirement!
Quality video!! I totally agree
Great advice, still watching all of your videos, great work, keep it up
Great food for thought. It’ll be interesting to see what actually happens! I do think things will calm down and supply catches up with demand over the next couple years, but we’ll see! Being in a place of power (having money ready to go at just the right time) and watching for great deals is always a good idea!
Good advice 🙏 Half of Americans don’t know how to save money! I used to work for an airline company and flew standby all the time and only paid the taxes.
💙 I’m definitely saving my coins. I went to a store last night just to get out and spent nothing. 💙
Great advice! One of the things that cracks me up the most is the 30% markup on used cars!! As if dealerships weren’t bending people over and trying to take them already!!! haha Screw that!!
Thank Dustin! I’m with you on this 100%.
Great insights!! I’ve been preaching this for 3 months now! 🙌
My family and I are locals as well…..the entire Florida market is out of control….especially anywhere near Orlando.
My wife and I just had this conversation 10 minutes before I watched this video. We want to go to Riviera Maya this fall, but the prices are way too high. So, we are waiting. That might mean we go in Jan/Feb instead, but we aren’t paying double just to say we went.
Great stuff man! Really dig your content. I’m 7 years away from my goal retirement and watch and listen to your advice as much as I can.
Sage advice! We’re not spending nothing but trying to resist the temptations.
I don’t see housing prices coming down in my area for a least a couple years. They can’t build them fast enough.
