What if the the product is star wars but doesn’t have a trademark and is made by someone else is it legal ??
It can’t be a star wars branded product without Star Wars branding on it! Any sort of trademark used without permission is illegal and I’d highly recommend staying away.

Can I ship to other countries if I disclaim that shipping to other countries may take a long time? I really don’t like it when people exclude countries from shipping, and also I am in a niche where most of the participants are very accustomed to long delays since a lot of stuff is custom made.

Just curious. What happens if the customer who buys from you see the original/lower price on the package after receiving it from the supplier?

I have a quick question about buying from Ali Express to drop ship products. If we order from wholesellers via Ali Express, how do we know that they aren’t selling to customers directly via Amazon etc?
Sarah, as always very very helpful. I had troubles of adding new products to my online shop for very long time. Then I found this WMP eyewear brand and added sunglasses and glasses to my fashion shop. It was really winning strategy for me.

Very informative! Im seriously thinking of becoming an online seller. Its kind of complicated but with mentors like you I think I can do it!
Products to avoid :
– Less Reviews cuz sellers are inexperienced.
– Trademark issues.
– Boring stuff, can be bought in other sites. (Fix: Use impulsive marketing)
– Has no epack shopping.
– No proper photos w/o application and is not exciting.

Great Advice! On that last product: I think it could be a hot product if the well developed biz would put their own Gif image or mini vid of the product in use on their product page. I think this is a great idea for product pages anyway. Stagnant pics for a product page may be a little old hat and not very competitive. Gifs and/or mini vids I think would put a person a step up from the competition (maybe? lol).
