I pity people who buy into the “will they, won’t they” drama. Of course they will. It always comes down to the wire then someone says “well you know who wants us to default, China/Russia/communists/Islamic State/some other boogie man” Then everyone goes “Murica” and it gets through.
It’s not a real crisis just a game of chicken. Investors who buy into it should really be more level headed, they are the sorts that Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger say are too emotional for investing. Leave the drama and herd mentality to politics, it doesn’t belong in the market.
