I hd done few assignment from home and payment was ok. Also was involved in analytical project which took min 6 hrs daily. Payment is always important . Just because we are doing projects from home, that doesn’t mean we should be paid less… So just shedded these projects due to bad payment. Just applied for four more projects cleared the first level and just waiting for the final clearance.
I am new to your channel , liked your video.. yes helping ppl in sharing there workload since they are not efficient in that work is good thinking and it is win-win for both parties.

Interesting. I’ve dreamed of being a videographer for years (back before YouTube was a viable option), but it was never a realistic situation because I needed a reliable 40+ hour week job to support my family. I’ve always felt myself to be a creative individual. I enjoy telling stories, either via writing, creating videos, or through any other type of media. But, after high school, I took the safer route and got an associate’s degree in Computer-Aided Drafting, because I knew it was a steady job, easy to find work, etc… Now, my wife and I have our house and vehicles paid, my wife makes a decent salary as a teacher, etc…so this may afford me the opportunity to pursue a more “out of the box” type job.
For me, it’s not as much about making more money than what I currently am. It’s about having flexibility with my hours and time off. My wife and daughter have off from school every summer. So, if I could do a job where I structure the greatest amount of time 9 months out of the year and then have a more fluid, low-key schedule over the summer….that would mean more to me than working 40+ hours a week all year long for more money.

When you do any of these jobs, make sure you clearly define what you will do for what they are paying you and make it very clear that anything beyond that is extra and have a price list ready for what will be extra fees, especially something like virtual assistants and or even social media jobs. My daughter started as a photographer and social media person for a company and now they have her doing everything from graphic designs for their menus, posters, their new LED advertising sign and even designing their new patios for their restaurants. They are paying her more than what you have mentioned here, much more, but what was supposed to be a freelance job became where she doesn’t have time to work for anyone else so that would make you their employee not a freelancer or self employed. I told her that she is learning a lot of great skills and great experience she can use on her resume and she can use this to find an employer that could pay her much more. She also does all these cute videos for them on Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook and also does all of their professional photography. The thing is she is overwhelmed and needs some help, I’ve helped her when I can but I’m busy but she doesn’t make enough money to hire someone else. I know how she feels.
