In reply to Tablen. I think this is why it's important to not brand it too close to the influencer (especially the name). For example: Beast Burger was too closely associated with Mr Beast brand, so it's impossible to salvage.

Your 3rd possible risk is what I’ve immediately thought of. What’s your opinion on partnering with an influencer whose reputation plummets? While that may kill the business, does that also stain on you as the “backline logistics co-founder” guy or whatever? As you outline, presenting yourself is important.
