  1. Thank you for your research. I find your videos are well done. RIght now I’m keeping an eye on Eledator

  2. Great info. I hate the videos that say just invest more and max everything out. Most people can’t do that. Also if you are young it’s better to get an advisor to let you know if you are on track. It’s easier to increase by 1 or 2% than have to invest 40% at the end.

  3. I’m 48 yrs old and will have more than enough wen I retire. I will probably retire early like 58 to 59 yrs old.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

  4. I was floored in my 40’s when I moved into and “upscale” neighborhood said they didn’t have anything really planned for retirement. They had spent building the house having he best of everything, drove Audi’s, have amazing pool yards and all that, while I simply got the cheapest carpet with stain protection and spent just $11k on a decent backyard. Continued to “pay myself first” like my Dada taught me and developed decent investments and a healthy state pension with now almost 30 years. Been a lot of sacrifice and scraping by, and then both my wife and I investing in ourselves with later years degrees and pushing to get better positions. We have traveled but not as much as others we know. But I am 55 and can retire right now. It is a bit of a humble brag, but damn I get sick of folks telling me what they can’t afford while stopping at Starbucks daily, eating out, taking trips, buying the newest cars and having the latest phones. Especially those putting way too much into their houses like our neighbors in their 30’s, knowing they have NOTHING for the future. Anyway…pay yourself first young people. LIVE cheap and then you will have SOOO much more later.

  5. You definitely have my sub. This content is next level. For me Eledator was the turning point. Please keep doing what you do and keep being you, love it.

  7. I’m good. My SS of $3,800/mo covers all monthly expenses with some leftover. I won’t need to touch my retirement accounts until RMDs begin and will simply consist of a transfer from my IRA to my brokerage account. BTW, I am a Jazz client 😉

  8. I’m pondering about retirement as of late, unsure if my 401(k) and IRA will provide a stable future, so I put $250K into the stock market, but not certain about the market too. All I need is a fundamental strategy that will align with my risk tolerance and retirement goal of $2m.

    1. with the stock market at an all time high, this is the best time to consider using the help of a seasoned advisor, my two cents of advice

    2. Agreed, I once downplayed the role of financial experts until suffering 40% portfolio loss amid lockdown in 2020. At once, I found an advisor with grit, helped to revamp my portfolio, and as of today, I’m only 25% short of $1m after subsequent investments.

    3. @@arlenehill4ril glad to have stumbled on this comment, quite inspiring! could you be kind enough with details of this professional assisting you please? in dire need f proper asset allocation

    4. Acknowledgment to Karen Lynne Chess, one of the finest portfolio managers I’ve ever worked with. She’s widely recognized with over two decades of experience, you can look her up yourself.

    5. thanks for putting this out… just came across the consulting page of Karen Lynne Chess after inputting her full name on the web, super impressed with what i’ve seen so far ..
