Another awesome video - Thank you Sarah! I have just started a new etsy shop to focus on a new niche. I haven't had any success using etsy Ads other than losing money. I have heard people mention that you shouldn't turn on Etsy ads until you reach the organic traffic down the road.. But from your video you turned them on instantly. Do you have any guidelines for Etsy Ads and how to use them to make money and not just throwing money out the window?

In reply to @MerchArts. @@WholesaleTed Yeah, the #1 question/complaint is - I downloaded the file but there's nothing... It means a person downloaded a ZIP file on their phone and has no idea how to unzip it (despite the provided read-me PDF with instructions and even alternative download links)

Great pieces of advice, it definitely works, but for me, it wasn't passive. All those presale and post-sale questions on Etsy... Soon after reaching a couple of thousand a week, I switched to downloadable items only. Still getting some how-to download, how-to open, how-to edit questions...
