I seem to remember this same show saying the market was overvalued several times throughout the year so far.

Nothing against Dustin but the markets for many decades now are unpredictable due to a combination of many things. The big ones being government, Fed and emotional reactions which cannot be predicted. Or to put it in simple terms no one can predict what the markets are going to do. The exception being those with insider trader information, which is illegal unless you are a member of Congress.

Really, my mortgage came with a 7.5% rate back in the late 90’s.

Never saw the 2nd coming… Perhaps we should stop artificially rigging the rates to pump up the markets.
