  1. is there a way to put Chris at 1.75x speed and Dustin at 1.5x speed. Might give the old guy a Monster drink or two pre show….but then again he might not be able to handle it.

Should I start investing in after tax brokerage or is there a way to access retirement funds before retirement without penalties? Also, how much should I have invested ignoring the real estate (because I may liquidate if necessary) in order to withdraw $100k a year starting at age 40?
