My family owned a garage with gas for MANY MANY years (passed down from father to son {my step dad} and there came a point where they had to let the ‘gas’ part of it go so they could run their garage instead of pouring money into the gas station part. The garage did well WITHOUT the gas station but don’t believe the lies that gas stations do well and never fail.
